Snow plowing - Memorandum of Understanding
I believe that the Selectmen have done the correct thing in no longer plowing the Community Church parking lot for free. It is unfair for any town service be applied to any non-profit on a regular basis "just because it is there" or "we've always done it that way". It could be ruled illegal if someone had taken the Town to court.
I still believe that any town program (especially those of the Parks and Recs) should be conducted on Town property - not someone else's. Special trip? Special program? Sure. But on a regular basis?
